These terms apply to all users of 288wen, including users accessing from Pakistan. Jurisdiction-specific obligations may vary.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 288wen ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at https://288wen.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered thereon.
288wen is an online betting and gaming information platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots and responsible gambling information primarily to users in Pakistan. The Platform operates as an informational and entertainment resource and does not directly accept wagers on behalf of users unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific service description.
By accessing, browsing or registering on 288wen, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Access to and use of 288wen is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction of the Operator through which you access real-money gaming services. 288wen operates a strict adults-only policy. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and referral to relevant authorities.
You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful under all applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence or access. Users located in Prohibited Jurisdictions are not permitted to access real-money gaming features. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful where you are located — this applies to users in all Pakistani cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, as well as users accessing the Platform from any other location.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not register if you are acting under a court-imposed legal disability or on behalf of another person without explicit written authorisation.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate, multiple or fraudulent accounts will be closed and any associated Balance may be forfeited. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created using your details, you must contact support immediately.
Age Verification: 288wen reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and with holding of withdrawals pending verification completion.
To access the full range of Services available on 288wen, you are required to create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated in your Account profile is truthful, accurate and not misleading. 288wen reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where information is found to be false, incomplete or unverifiable.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be attributed to you. If you become aware of any unauthorised access or security breach, you must notify our support team immediately at the contact details set out in Clause 17.
You must promptly update your Account details whenever a material change occurs — for example, a change of residential address or contact email. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or suspension of Account privileges.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, 288wen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may access the Platform to view betting information, review odds and game rules, read responsible gambling guidance, and use account management features for which you are registered. All use must be for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use the Platform in any manner that:
288wen makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability on a 24/7 basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. 288wen accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability outside of our reasonable control.
Where the Platform facilitates access to real-money gaming services, the following deposit and payment terms apply. All monetary references are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
The Platform may reference or facilitate deposits via payment methods that are familiar and accessible to Pakistani users, which may include mobile wallet services and bank transfer options. Payment provider names — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced for contextual information purposes only. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any such provider, nor does it imply a formal commercial relationship between 288wen and any named institution. Actual availability of any specific payment method is subject to the Operator's current accepted methods and may vary.
Minimum deposit thresholds are set by the Operator and may change from time to time. Applicable minimums will be displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed.
Deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) verification checks. 288wen and the Operator reserve the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction. Funds originating from unlawful sources are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Where PKR is the designated account currency, all deposit amounts, balances, wager values and withdrawal amounts will be expressed in PKR. Currency conversion fees may apply where you deposit in a currency other than your account's base currency.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and processing requirements.
Only verified Accounts with a cleared real-money Balance are eligible to submit withdrawal requests. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements and are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully satisfied.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and the Operator's internal verification procedures. Standard processing typically takes between 1 and 5 business days from the date of request approval. 288wen does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, the Operator may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting valid proof of identity, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide the requested documentation in a timely manner will result in processing delays.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are determined by the Operator. These limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of withdrawal request submission. Where your withdrawal request exceeds the applicable maximum, the excess amount will remain in your Account Balance for future withdrawal subject to the same limits.
288wen may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers or other incentive-based rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional documentation and the general provisions set out in this clause.
All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, maximum bet per round during wagering and expiry period will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer. You must satisfy the stated Wagering Requirements in full before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms, the following restrictions apply to all Bonus Funds: maximum single bet or stake during active bonus wagering may be capped; certain game types or markets may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward Wagering Requirements; bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash prior to meeting wagering conditions.
288wen reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim Bonus Funds where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of software errors, coordinated bonus harvesting, use of multiple accounts, or consistent low-risk pattern wagering designed to fulfil requirements without genuine gaming intent. Decisions regarding bonus misuse are at the sole discretion of 288wen and the Operator.
Promotions may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made under ongoing promotional terms. 288wen accepts no liability for losses arising from a failure to qualify for, or the withdrawal of, any promotional offer.
The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity conducted through or in connection with the 288wen Platform.
All bets and wagers are accepted at the discretion of the Operator. 288wen and the Operator reserve the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time, including bets placed on sporting events such as Pakistan cricket matches, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments and international football, where market integrity concerns or technical errors are identified.
Odds displayed on the Platform are indicative and subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or game in question. 288wen accepts no liability for errors in odds display caused by typographical mistakes or third-party data feed failures, provided such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement, obvious pricing errors, incomplete events settled under rule 4 deductions, or where the outcome was determined by factors outside the normal course of the event. Where a bet is declared void, stakes are returned to the user's Account Balance.
By placing any bet or engaging in any casino game through the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk, that the house edge means the Operator retains a statistical advantage over time, and that no betting strategy guarantees profit. You confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose and that your participation is voluntary.

The 288wen name, logo and associated branding are proprietary marks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without express written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288wen expressly excludes all warranties, representations and conditions — whether express, implied or statutory — in respect of the Platform and the Services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
288wen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even where 288wen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 288wen's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
288wen accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred as a result of your voluntary participation in betting or casino games. All wagers are placed at your own risk. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and 288wen does not guarantee any return on any wager placed.
288wen reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your Account, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees and any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements will be handled in accordance with the Operator's account closure procedures. You will be notified of the outcome of any Balance settlement by email to your registered address.
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests for responsible gambling reasons — including self-exclusion — are actioned immediately upon receipt.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 288wen's support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of disputes can be resolved efficiently through direct communication, and we commit to responding to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
Where informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to the Operator's designated alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified in the Operator's own terms and conditions. 288wen will cooperate fully with any such process.
Pakistani users are reminded that domestic courts may apply local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — to disputes concerning real-money gambling activity. 288wen does not provide legal advice and recommends that users obtain independent legal counsel if they have jurisdiction-specific concerns.
288wen reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying registered users via their registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
